HOW REP RIVALS™ WORKS
Turn your push-ups and squats into a competition.
Rep Rivals™ is a camera-based rep counter and fitness competition you can use on your phone. Do a 60-second round, save an automatic score, then challenge a friend or climb the leaderboard.

How does the camera count a push-up?
Place your phone at floor level and face sideways. Keep your shoulders, wrists, hips, knees, and feet in view. A counted push-up starts with straight arms, lowers until the tracked elbow angle reaches the required depth, then returns to straight arms. The timer starts only after you hold the starting position through the countdown. Unclear or incomplete movements do not count.
How does the camera count a squat?
Set the phone around hip height and stand sideways to the camera with your full body in frame. Start standing tall, lower until the tracked knee angle reaches the required depth, then stand tall again. Push-up and squat results have separate records and leaderboards.
Compete in 60-second rounds
Take a solo round to set a personal record, or challenge another athlete. The app calculates the rep count from tracked body measurements at the end of the round. Ranked battles settle after both athletes finish, and your rating changes with the result. You can also join organization competitions and work toward daily and weekly goals.
What comes with Pro?
Verified Pro members can compete in camera-tracked burpees, pull-ups, and leg raises, with separate records and rankings. Pro also includes performance trends, a camera-based coaching goal drawn from saved results, profile badges, and private challenges. The standard push-up and squat competitions remain available without Pro.
Privacy and tracking accuracy
Camera video is processed on your device and is not uploaded or recorded by Rep Rivals™. Tracking measurements are sent to calculate and validate your round. Camera scoring is an estimate; lighting, framing, movement speed, and temporarily hidden joints can affect a count. Set your phone securely, keep your full body visible, and use the on-screen form cues.
