REP RIVALS™
Terms and Conditions
Effective September 18, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Rep Rivals™, including its website, camera tracker, leaderboards, challenges, organization competitions, progression, and notifications. By using Rep Rivals™, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Beta service
Rep Rivals™ is an experimental beta. Features, scores, availability, tracking behavior, leaderboards, and progression rules may change. Results are for entertainment and fitness motivation; they are not official sporting records, identity verification, liveness verification, or anti-cheat certification.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to use the service where you live and must provide accurate information when creating your athlete profile. Keep your sign-in account secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Usernames must be unique, respectful, and not impersonate another person or organization.
Camera tracking and fitness
You choose whether to grant camera access. The tracker estimates push-ups from body position and joint angles. Keep your full body visible, use a safe surface, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or another concerning symptom. Rep Rivals™ does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, coaching, or emergency assistance. Consult a qualified professional before starting exercise if you have health concerns.
Competitions and scores
Rounds must be completed through the camera tracker. Manual score entry is not accepted. Scores may be rejected when tracking confidence is too low, a round is incomplete, or the system detects invalid measurement data. Ratings, records, progression, and organization standings are calculated automatically under the rules shown in the app. We may correct, remove, or reset results affected by an error, abuse, or a rule change.
Pro membership
Where available, Pro provides the features identified as available on the membership page. Features marked planned or coming soon are not included as currently available benefits. Subscription price, billing interval, and total are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Use Manage subscription to change payment information or cancel. Cancellation scheduled for the end of a paid period preserves access until that period ends; unpaid, canceled, or expired subscriptions may lose Pro access. Membership does not purchase ranking points or alter scoring rules. Your existing free account and results remain available after Pro access ends.
For billing errors, refund questions, or help canceling, contact georgeppmc@gmail.com. Nothing here limits any refund or cancellation rights required by applicable law. Merchandise is not currently available. Camera coaching uses estimated poses and prior rounds and is not medical advice or professional instruction.
Fair play
Do not manipulate camera measurements, submit fabricated data, use another person’s account, exploit bugs, interfere with the service, scrape private information, harass athletes, spam challenges or notifications, or attempt unauthorized access. We may cancel matches, remove results, restrict features, or suspend accounts when we reasonably believe these Terms or the security of the service has been violated.
Organizations and sharing
Organization competitions are created and managed by users. Organizers are responsible for inviting appropriate participants and using the feature lawfully. Shared result cards, invitation links, names, scores, and screenshots may be copied by recipients and posted on other services. Do not include information you do not want to share.
Acceptable use
You may use Rep Rivals™ only for lawful personal or organizational fitness competitions. Do not use it to offer regulated prizes, make health or employment decisions, collect sensitive information about others, or represent a beta score as a certified athletic record.
Intellectual property
Rep Rivals™, its software, visual design, logos, scoring logic, and content belong to Rep Rivals™ or its licensors. We give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service for its intended purpose. You retain rights to content you create and share, while allowing us to process it as needed to provide the service.
Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Camera compatibility, browser support, notification delivery, network access, rankings, and saved results may be interrupted or inaccurate. To the extent allowed by law, Rep Rivals™ disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Rep Rivals™ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the beta, exercise activity, unavailable features, inaccurate tracking, lost data, or shared content. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and termination
We may change these Terms by posting an updated version with a new effective date. We may pause or end the beta, or restrict access, when needed to operate or protect the service. You may stop using Rep Rivals™ at any time.
